We offer a Step-By-Step approach to in-home support and Care Planning. Because each of our clients are different, we customize our care plans to meet the most fundamental needs of each individual so that together, we work toward progressive development and achieving the best outcomes.
Our Services include the following: ● Assistance with Self-Administered Medication; ● Personal Care (i.e. assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding); ● Homemaking (i.e. assistance with household tasks, housekeeping, shopping, meal planning and preparation, and transportation); ● Companionship ● Respite Care (i.e. assistance and support provided to the family); and other non-skilled services ● Other Personalized Services as requested (spiritual support, coordinate/schedule appointments, etc.) Total patient care is our commitment. ● Nurse's Aide certification and training sponsored by the Department of Education
● A Home Health Aide Training Program
● A program approved by the Department of Human Services
